Robins picking worms, singing their merry songs of spring. The trees begin to awake from their winter’s slumber as temperatures slowly warm, bringing life into another year on Delmarva and across the country. Spring starts the beginning of life-anew.
Our feathered friends have begun building nest for the soon to arrive families. Soon to be busy raising and feeding their young.
Nature is providing it’s calendar to remind us the time is here. Not to tarry because time doesn’t wait for anyone.
There is nothing fresher or better than eating from one’s own garden. The gift of rewards from ones labor. To see someone enjoying the food you yourself have grown brings a warm feeling and validating the work you put into it.
So this year if you can plant a little extra, there are some that can not or do not have the availability.
